This workshop empowers educators to foster inclusive, equitable, and socially just early childhood environments. Through practical exercises and real-life scenarios, participants will learn to challenge biases, disrupt inequities, and center marginalized voices in curriculum and daily practice. Educators will also reflect on their personal and professional roles in advancing equity, strengthening their ability to create positive, meaningful change in ECE settings
