This transformative, experiential session, Maha Abbas guides educators through reflective dialogue as a form of relational pedagogy. Through guided prompts, identity-based inquiry, and shared agreements, participants explore lived experiences of belonging and exclusion and how these shape their practice. The session introduces the Community of Reflective Practice model, equipping educators with sustainable tools to strengthen team culture, relational accountability, and collective growth within their programs.
