How we communicate has changed dramatically because of the pandemic but what hasn’t changed is the need to still communicate effectively and to know that important information has been well disseminated and understood. We’ll examine how to communicate effectively in the virtual world and what we need to do differently or better to ensure our information is understood and that staff can move forward confidently.
