This webinar is part two of a two-part webinar series. Building off the increased understanding of anxiety development in part one, this webinar will introduce practical suggestions and intervention strategies. Strategies will be aimed at children, parents, and care providers in better recognizing and responding to anxiety in infants and children with a goal of reducing unhelpful anxiety patterns and creating a more balanced nervous system response. Body, movement, and cognitive based strategies will be explored leaving participants with an increased confidence and capacity in supporting children and their families with anxiety management.
