This is a Food Handler Certification Course, taking place in-person and presented by the Region of Peel. The course will provide safe food handling practices in Ontario to help protect yourself and others from becoming sick from food or drink. In this full-day course, you will take your exam the same day, after the instructional class. Instructors will review information in the study guide and answer any questions you may have, prior to taking the exam. Please note the certification is valid for 5 years.
