The field of early learning and care has experienced significant change in the past decade with respect to Legislation and Social Policies. During the past 14 months, the Covid 19 Pandemic has further driven the need for change and unprecedented adaptation “on the ground”. Our individual response and our ability to manage the stress associated with it has a significant impact on how we lead and ultimately on the quality of our relationships with others. As leaders, it is essential for us to understand our own response mechanisms as well as the response of those we work with so that we can lead our teams professionally and positively.
