In part 2 of this webinar, we will be digging deeper to examine how to creatively incorporate a sense of inclusivity, equity and diversity in the space with a focus on cultures, family dynamics and how to ‘set the stage’ for intentional program planning and development. The goal of this webinar is to see space with a new perspective or lens of a “growth” mindset, empowering staff, and families to contribute to the space to make it uniquely theirs as things grow and change over time! All of these tips, tools and resources can create a brand-new space from scratch; enhance existing spaces, shared space, multi-use space and mobile environments.
