The Science of Happiness workshop is designed for adults seeking to improve their personal and/or professional lives. Positive Psychology is the scientific study of promoting optimal human flourishing. Founded evidence suggests that experiencing positive emotions has beneficial effects on our creativity, productivity, physiology and increases positive social connection to those around us. The focus of this workshop is to learn how to activate the happy brain chemicals in ourselves, co-workers and the children and families we serve. This workshop is dedicated to teaching you how to integrate positive activities into the various domains of your life, increasing your sense of happiness and overall well-being and sense of belonging.
