We invite you to participate in our November Community of Practice, where we will engage in reflective conversations centered around teamwork. Together, we’ll explore what teamwork truly means in our day-to-day experiences, how we can foster meaningful collaboration, and how to break down the invisible silos that often emerge in our work environments.

During our session, we will:
•	Examine the unique dynamics of teamwork within each of our programs
•	Discuss strategies to support all children, families, and educators
•	Reflect on the meaning of collaboration and how it manifests in daily practice
•	Address educator burnout and prioritize mental wellness in our professional approaches

Please note that due to limited spacing we ask that one educator per program attend with their Area Supervisor/Manager.
