This webinar will focus on gender stereotypes and educator bias in the early childhood environment. It aims to raise educator awareness of the potential for harm that exists in binary views of gender. Through this webinar, educators will build capacity to recognize gender stereotypes as well as conscious/ unconscious bias in practice which will contribute to building environments in which children are free to explore their gender and identity.
