This workshop explores organizing spaces, materials, and routines for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, promoting safety, engagement, peer learning, and developmentally appropriate experiences while fostering independence, cooperation, and meaningful play in a multi-age setting. Key Learnings: • Describe the developmental benefits of multi-age group care. • Design a home childcare environment that supports varied ages and abilities. • Implement strategies that promote cooperation and learning between older and younger children. • Adapt routines and activities to meet the needs of multiple age groups simultaneously. **To ensure a seamless experience, all participants are expected to arrive on time for the session.
