This is an in-person Food Handler Certification Course, presented by the Region of Peel. The course will provide safe food handling practices in Ontario to help protect yourself and others from becoming sick from food or drink.   In this full-day course, you will take your exam the same day, after the instructional class. Instructors will review information in the study guide and answer any questions you may have, prior to taking the exam. Please note the certification is valid for 5 years. 
The instructional class will take place in English only, however participants will have the option of taking their exam in another language - a survey prior to the training will go to all attendees to fill out this information on June 12th. 
Registration will close June 12 to ensure each participant has provided all their details required for the course.
